Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure facility compliance with safety and fire regulations
• Drive off-site to oversee grounds and projects




• Recommend major repairs based on needs assessments
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Perform plumbing and electrical maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• Grade 10 plus vocational training in maintenance
• Minimum of two years related experience
• Customer service and communication skills
• Current certification in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS
• Reliable transportation for job demands
