Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in guests at the spa
• Answer questions regarding services and features
• Manage bookings and maintain guest records
• Assist in spa cleanliness and organization
• Restock amenities and provide guest information

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience advantageous
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows
• Capacity to handle loads up to 10 kg
