Become a vital member of The Madison Care Centre team in Coquitlam, BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse! This role supports resident care, medication administration, and assessments on a 4-on, 2-off rotation.

We are seeking two dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses for temporary roles, one for medical leave coverage and another for maternity leave coverage. You will be responsible for resident admissions, care planning, and close communication with the care team and families. Your clinical skills will help ensure a healthy living environment for every resident.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Perform assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and wound care treatments
• Utilize electronic documentation system (PointClickCare)
• Delegate tasks to unregulated care providers

Requirements:
• Registered with BCCNM and in positive standing
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Competent with electronic documentation
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience in long-term care preferred
