The City of Campbell River seeks a dedicated Facilities Services Worker to support Police Services. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and a versatile schedule.
You will join a community-focused team, reporting directly to the Police Services Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include custodial duties and facility maintenance at the Police and Public Safety Building, ensuring the environment is safe and inviting. The role requires a commitment to cleanliness with a work schedule of twenty hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular custodial cleaning of facility areas
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards within the building
• Assist in keeping the facility organized and operational
• Collaborate with law enforcement staff for facility needs
• Support a welcoming environment for the public
Requirements:
• Six months of experience in janitorial roles
• Certification in Building Service Worker I and II
• Level 1 Occupational First Aid Certificate including CPR
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Must pass RCMP Reliability Security Clearance
