This 6-month contract position plays a key role in supporting the Commercial function and requires excellent order management and project management skills. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure customer priorities are met while fostering strong internal relationships and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create open order reports utilizing standard operating procedures
• Support various communications with customers
• Participate in development of SOPs through process mapping
• Other assigned duties as needed by management
• Up to 20% travel may be required
Requirements:
• University degree in business or a related field
• Minimum 1+ years in customer management or sales operations
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in teams
• Solid analytical skills for data interpretation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
