As a Coordinator I, you will employ specialized knowledge to enhance FM&E; operations. Key responsibilities include managing preventative maintenance schedules, assisting in data management and operational reporting, and providing technical support for various management systems. You will also help coordinate contract processes with AHS Contracts and handle maintenance tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of preventative maintenance schedules
• Manage electronic tracking systems and data accuracy




• Prepare reports related to operational activities
• Assist in RFP, RFQ, and PO processes
• Monitor progress of the Infrastructure Maintenance Program

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to travel to remote sites
