This part time position requires a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science and certification from CSMLS. You'll be responsible for conducting a variety of diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and ensuring high standards of patient care in the laboratory. Being part of a collaborative team, you will also support quality assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic tests on patient samples thoroughly
• Analyze results and prepare comprehensive reports
• Ensure quality patient care through effective planning




• Engage in quality improvement projects within the lab
• Support interdepartmental collaboration for optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• Current CMLTO registration and CSMLS Certification
• Proficient in phlebotomy and lab software systems
• Willingness to work all shifts and weekends
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
