Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role entails overseeing billing, invoicing, and scheduling outbound shipments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely processing and accuracy while collaborating closely with packing and checking teams. This position includes all aspects of shipping processes, from loading to monitoring time-sensitive orders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate all outbound shipments
• Ensure 100% of orders are shipped by 5:00 p.m.




• Achieve a 99.5% shipping accuracy rate
• Validate shipment details and fill out waybills
• Maintain a safe and tidy work setting

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse and shipping experience required
• Class 2 MHE Narrow Aisle certification provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
