WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from straightforward to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef;
Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations;
Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items;
Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies;
Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
A qualified diploma in institutional cooking;
Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry;
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques;
Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency;
Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position.
This position is with HAC Québec Sec, and the work location is 50 rue de la Ferme, Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec, G3Z 0G4.
This is a unionized position, and the terms and conditions of employment are governed by a valid collective agreement.
Compensation is based on the salary scale established in the collective agreement, specifically the current entry-level rate. For 2026, the starting wage is $21.50 per hour.
