Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and communicate with staff members. Achieve store’s sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses. Develop and adjust business strategies to grow the business and maximize profitability. Human Resources Maintain optimum staffing levels to deliver an exceptional client experience while adhering to budgetary goals. Recruit, interview, and hire for all positions according to business needs. Train, coach, delegate, and supervise department managers and leads to develop their leadership and business skills. Promote a coaching culture that acknowledges successes and provides feedback through daily interactions and quarterly development meetings. Merchandising & Operations Conduct inventories, maintain updated inventory records, and communicate inventory issues to key stakeholders. Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions aligned with Sephora’s concepts to grow the business. stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds within a fragrance‑filled environment. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service. Proven track record of coaching high‑performing teams and passion for training, development, and education. Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across all store positions, including leadership roles. Strong time‑management, problem‑solving, and verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel. Composure and managerial courage to conduct tough conversations when required. Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends to meet or exceed targets or KPIs. Possibility of not meeting every requirement is acceptable; relevant experience andpassion are encouraged. Compensation & Perks The compensation ranges between CAD 82,200.00 - CAD 102,700.00 .
