Position Summary SE Health is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our digital transformation team that will operate within the Finance Domain. This role will provide transformation support to the Finance team and will have an opportunity to significantly impact organizational growth and effectiveness through delivering best in class digital solutions.Reporting to the Director of Business Transformation, the Finance Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in transforming SE’s Finance function by leveraging their expertise in the Finance domain and by collaborating with SE’s Finance team and Digital Transformation Office.This position is in support of SE Health’s strategic transformational initiative. This people-focused transformation journey is aimed at solidifying SE Health’s technology, processes to re-imagine how the company can continue to provide excellent experiences for clients and staff, streamline processes, set the business up for future growth, and deliver Hope and Happiness at scale.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business needs within related Finance capability areasWork collaboratively within Finance capability areas to evaluate current business processes and analyze existing Finance applications, to identify opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency of business processesElicit and articulate from a wide range of champions (including finance, operational, and technical) the intended outcomes of the related capability areasMap detailed processes to help stakeholder define digital tool capabilities, business requirements, data requirements and flow, and new roles and responsibilitiesParticipate in process and quality improvement methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping,



Root Cause Analysis etc.Facilitate Design and Support Build of SolutionUse people-centered and service design practices to co-lead facilitation of workshops with multidisciplinary groups to gather detailed requirements, organize people, process and tools to directly improve employee experience, and indirectly, our client’s experienceTranslate requirements to actionable plan of solution design, build, test, and deployment future state business processes and technology per guidance and direction of Finance Functional Lead & Transformation LeadParticipate in evaluation, selection, implementation, and training of recent/revised software applicationsPrepare detailed test cases & perform testing of solutions, with thorough documentation of resultsAssist with development, update and tracking of project management processes and deliverables (e.G., detailed task lists, project schedule, issue logs, financials, status reporting, ongoing monitoring, and reporting)Demonstrate continuous learning on the latest process and digital advancements to automate and modernize processes & systemsDrive Adoption of SolutionCollaborate with different SME’s on Finance project Initiatives and transformational changes, and ensure successful implementationEnsure key players are informed, aligned and maximizing synergiesSupport activities and training with business users on new / improved operational processes,



deployment of new technologies and applications in support of operational processesRequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience as business analyst in Finance business processesMinimum 3 years’ experience working with Finance or ERP Systems (such as Great Plains, Oracle, Workday etc.) in co-designing and testing changesFlexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies & processesAgile methodology and experience in delivery of solutions is strongly preferredDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills including application of process improvement and quality tools.
