The role: We have an existing vacancy in our finance team for a role focused on providing forward-looking financial insight and decision support by translating business plans and operating assumptions into clear forecasts, scenarios, and recommendations. This role will: Own annual planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis. Be accountable for the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of forecasts and models. Build and maintain financial models for revenue, headcount and operating costs. Deliver decision-ready finance insights and recommendations and act as a trusted business partner by providing insight, challenge, and decision support. Explain variances versus plan and forecast. Prepare financial analysis and narrative for leadership and group reporting. Identify financial risks, trade-offs, and opportunities and surface them early. Partner in business and growth planning through financial impact analysis.



Assist in workforce and compensation planning through headcount and cost modeling. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Strategic planning or investment evaluations. Incentive plan changes through impact modeling (not policy ownership). Documentation of assumptions and models to ensure continuity. Guidance and knowledge-sharing within finance team. About you: You build and own planning, forecasting, and scenario models, and can clearly explain what has changed, why it matters, and what decisions it should inform. You are commercially minded, comfortable in a sales-led environment, and able to turn performance data into clear, practical recommendations. You work closely with non-finance leaders, asking smart questions and constructively challenging assumptions when the numbers do not support the story. You work independently, focus on analysis that drives decisions, and continually look for simpler, better ways to work using modern analytical tools where they add real value. A degree or diploma in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required, but practical experience is equally important. Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are welcomed, though not essential.

Base Salary: The expected base salary range being offered to candidates for this role is $75,000 - $115,000 . Positioning within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors such as location, skills, and experience. Note: This role can be based out of either our 2 Bloor Street W, Toronto, Ontario or 727 Exeter Road, London, Ontario office. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in bonus plan.
