Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate curiosity and learning
Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring children’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being throughout the day
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
Foster positive social interactions among children, encouraging cooperation, sharing, and communication
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning readiness
Observe and document children’s progress,

Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing career development

Requirements
Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and caregiving best practices
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
Ability to create a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and growth
Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with children of varying backgrounds and abilities
