Job Summary

We're looking for multiple Cook / Kitchen Helpers to join our team full time. This role is central to our kitchen operations, preparing authentic Chinese dishes and supporting day-to-day back-of-house activities. Given the nature of our menu and supplier/vendor communications, robust Chinese language skills are essential to this position.

Mandatory Requirements
Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) — required due to the nature of our menu, recipes, supplier communication, and daily kitchen operations
Fluent in English (spoken)
Solid knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and methods, especially Wok
Available for full-time work, including weekends/evenings
Food Handler's Certification
Legally authorized to work in Canada





Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience working in a Chinese restaurant kitchen
Comfortable and skilled using a wok for high-heat cooking)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen workplace
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [20 kg]
Flexible schedule on weekends and holidays

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
