This role emphasizes leading landscape architecture projects from concept to construction, requiring a solid command of site supervision and a cooperative approach with engineers and planners. Your expertise will ensure design intent compliance while actively engaging in business development and client relations. Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from design development to construction completion
Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, and municipal standards
Prepare proposals and fee estimates for business development
Develop detailed landscape design concepts and plans
Conduct construction reviews and ensure project documentation Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture
CSTS 2020 certification or willingness to obtain
Full membership or ability to obtain membership with AALA/CSLA
Minimum 10 years of landscape architecture experience
