Manager is essential for promoting resident-centered services at Pioneer Ridge, where quality care is a community effort. You will oversee RPNs and PSWs while managing recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluations.

Your role includes ensuring compliance with long-term care regulations and fostering a culture of empathy. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality nursing services and care delivery
Mentor and supervise nursing staff and home support workers
Recruit, train, and assess the performance of team members
Uphold standards of care under Ontario's regulations
Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration Requirements:
Current RN certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum of three years in a clinical, unionized setting
Preferred nursing management experience
Solid analytical and decision-making skills
