Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Family Practice clinic. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the administrative team, ensure productive clinic operations, and foster a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while supporting a team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
Supervising and supporting Medical Office Assistants and administrative staff
Coordinating clinic schedules and ensuring efficient patient flow
Managing physician and staff scheduling as required
Supporting the onboarding and training of clinic staff
Maintaining clinic policies, procedures, and operational workflows
Assisting with EMR management and administrative processes
Addressing patient inquiries and resolving operational issues
Liaising with physicians, staff, and external stakeholders
Performing other administrative and operational duties as required

Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a Family Practice clinic (experience in specialist clinics, physiotherapy clinics, or other healthcare settings will not be considered equivalent)




Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Certificate required
Experience using Med Access EMR is required
Previous experience in a clinic management or supervisory role is considered an asset
Experience in aesthetics is considered an asset but is not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while leading a collaborative team
Qualified, patient-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
