Become a Market Research Analyst with the Walkerton Clean Water Centre in a contract position. Analyze customer needs, conduct surveys, and support strategic planning.

This full-time, one-year contract role in Walkerton allows for remote work flexibility. You will design surveys, manage data, and craft reports to influence organizational growth. Contribute to strategic initiatives by engaging with customers and conducting qualitative research sessions to gather insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft surveys in Voxco and produce insightful reports
• Manage distribution lists and analyze survey data effectively
• Conduct Voice of Customer sessions both in-person and virtually
• Recruit participants for VoC projects and develop templates




• Maintain updates on management meetings and internal policies

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant fields with research methodology experience
• Minimum one year of research and planning experience
• Robust knowledge of survey software, including Voxco
• Effective communication skills in English; French is an asset
• Valid class G driver’s license and access to transportation
