Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **mechanical or electrical engineering** expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **collaborative** and **innovative** teammates.

You’ll contribute to impactful projects, helping to solve technical challenges and improve the performance and safety of our vehicles. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management**), participate in design reviews and validation processes, and support change management initiatives, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of **root cause analysis of service failures**, but also **review supplier technical documentation and assist with vehicle modification activities**.

We’ll look to you for:

Supporting technical problem-solving related to vehicles

Proposing equipment modifications to improve safety, customer experience,



and reliability

Participating in design reviews, project planning, and quality assurance activities

Completing root cause analysis (RCA) of service failures

Analyzing data and making actionable recommendations

Collaborating with different departments to achieve desired outcomes

Preparing project timelines and producing engineering reports

Attending and presenting at meetings with customers

Assisting or leading vehicle modification activities

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Thrives in both team-oriented and autonomous work environments

Continuous improvement and data-driven mindsetl>

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)

Experience or interest in reliability engineering

Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, CATIA V5)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Project management experience (an asset)

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is 23 CAD - 27 CAD per hour.
