As a vital member of the Inpatient Surgery team at CMH, you will deliver nursing services within your scope of practice, performing patient assessments and care planning. This position requires working 12-hour shifts that may include days, evenings, nights and weekends. You will ensure a safe setting for patients, staff, and visitors while addressing physical demands such as lifting and bending.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services based on patient assessment
• Participate in patient care planning and execution
• Administer medications and monitor IV treatments




• Maintain safety protocols for all patients
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN Diploma required; 2 years medical/surgical experience
• Current BCLS certification necessary
• IV initiation and medication administration certification required
• Excellent communication skills in a teamwork setting
