The Commercial Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of complex customers in the support and coordination of all activities in the quote to delivery cycle.
The goal is to ensure that our customers’ expectations are proactively managed and exceeded.Hybrid mode (flexible)Key Responsibilities:Provides quotes to customers using extensive product knowledge and expertiseLiaise with Sales Executives and all internal departments to ensure a seamless procurement experience for assigned customersAbility to lead large deployments, that contain services and with complex customer requirements.Manage orders throughout the entire cycle, from order entry to invoicingWorks with the Sales Support team to ensure that customer orders are placed and acknowledged in a manner that exceeds expectationsBe a customer advocate; putting customer needs first and working to deliver solution-based assistance through our products and servicesResolve any order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulnessManage escalations, provide sustainable resolution & risk avoidance for customersEnsure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
