Service Advisor, Wilson Chevrolet Buick GMC

Wilson Chevrolet is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor.

As the connection between our customers and service team, the ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Outgoing personality with strong people skills

Ford dealership experience considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate

Bilingual in English and French considered an asset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented

Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize

Goal-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership

Identify customer needs and prepare repair orders

Review vehicle history and mileage to recommend maintenance services





Communicate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely vehicle completion

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including additional recommendations and updates

Process and close repair orders accurately

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting dealership goals

Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as required

Compensation

$40,000.00 up to $70,000.00 based on experience, qualifications and bonus structure.
