In this essential role, you’ll assist the supervising physiotherapist by executing treatment plans for those in residential care communities. Your responsibilities will involve gait training, balance exercises, and equipment preparation while maintaining safety and communication with the physiotherapist regarding resident progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist physiotherapist with treatment plans and interventions
• Deliver safe, agile exercise classes for groups
• Prepare equipment and clean treatment areas proactively
• Maintain tidy and safe gym and treatment zones
• Record daily treatments using web-based systems

Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma or degree in Kinesiology required
• Previous LTC setting experience is an asset
• Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check needed
• Proof of Tuberculin clearance required
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively
