- Manage and resolve senior-level service issues within SLAs
- Lead client status calls and ensure timely communication




- Facilitate training sessions for clients and team members
- Keep documentation of cases updated for knowledge sharing
- Coordinate broad customer initiatives with internal teams Requirements:
- Over 5 years’ experience in D365 F&SCM; roles
- Robust problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
