Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen workplace, supporting food service operations, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to cleanliness, and a willingness to learn about kitchen operations. Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings is a plus but not required.

Duties
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping and ingredient setup
Keep kitchen areas clean and organized, including countertops, sinks, and storage spaces
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
Support kitchen staff with stocking supplies and restocking dishware
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working setting




Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas
Assist in food handling and basic food service tasks when necessary

Experience
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
Experience with food preparation or cooking can be beneficial but is not required
Knowledge of food service operations or hotel experience is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to learn current skills related to kitchen operations and food safety standards

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
