This permanent role focuses on managing reservations at the new Basin Glacial Waters wellness facility. You will assist guests in selecting spa treatments and ensure their needs are met efficiently. Solid communication and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this guest-centric position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with Fairmont Spa for additional treatment options
• Meet booking quotas and promote hotel services
• Generate daily reports and maintain accurate records
• Assist Facility attendants and Lounge servers as needed

Requirements:
• Previous reservations or sales experience is preferred
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and CRS systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work varied shifts
