This full time role focuses on supporting individuals who are experiencing or have experienced homelessness. Collaborate with your team to advocate for clients and connect them with vital resources. With over two years of experience in social services, you will leverage your understanding of complex barriers faced by clients, including substance use and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case planning and ongoing client support
• Administer first aid and respond to overdoses
• Accept referrals and process client registrations
• Advocate for clients and connect them to resources
• Collaborate with a diverse team for client-centered care

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social or Human Services field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Emergency First Aid with CPR Level C certification
• Criminal Record Check clearance
• Knowledge of community support resources
