Join Indwell’s Wentworth Program as a Full-Time Overnight Program Support team member. You will maintain a safe and secure environment while assisting residents with their needs during overnight hours.

This role involves working 32 hours per week, primarily during overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM. As part of the team, you’ll carry out essential tasks such as cleaning, monitoring the facility, and responding to resident concerns. It's crucial to promote housing stability and create a welcoming atmosphere for those in care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled cleaning tasks in shared spaces
• Monitor the building and respond to resident issues
• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all
• Document resident health records accurately
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma required
• Standard First Aid & CPR Certification needed
• Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Ability to lift, bend, and complete physical tasks
• Some experience in tenant support is beneficial
