Thames Valley Family Health Team is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide front-line outreach and in-person nursing care to individuals facing barriers to accessing health services. The role supports marginalized populations with comprehensive primary care and collaboration with LIHC.
The ideal candidate holds a BScN, is registered with the Ontario College of Nurses, and has at least 2 years of community-based nursing experience.
