As a shining example, our CEO started as an entry level employee in our San Francisco office 31 years ago.15,000 trained professionals 250 locations worldwide Fortune 500 Globally unified systems Job Description Reporting to Senior Manager Employee Relations, the Employee Relations Coordinator would be responsible for the following: - Accountable for high level customer service to achieve positive working relations with business leaders and employees - Manages and administers employee life cycle changes - Manages leave of absences including ESA job protected leaves - Manages benefits programs to ensure accuracy in billing, and follow up with third parties when issues arise - Maintain accurate records and compile statistical reports relating to personnel data, e.G. hires, transfers, absenteeism rates,
