Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Support patients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary, to prevent injury
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning living areas to maintain a hygienic environment
Monitor health status, observe changes in condition,



and report concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care settings is highly preferred
Robust understanding of patient care techniques and caregiving best practices
Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care or hospice support
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical tasks involved in caregiving
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care at all times
Must be able to follow detailed instructions for medication administration and care routines
