Valuable Earth Coffeehouse is currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas to join our growing team.
Position Details
Full-Time: 21–40 hours per week
Part-Time: 10–21 hours per week
Availability required for early morning opening shifts (as early as 6:00 AM) and closing shifts (ending at 9:30 PM)
Approximately 70% of shifts begin before 8:00 AM
Role Overview
Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art
Prepare fresh food items according to Good Earth standards
Provide a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience
Operating the point of Sale
Act as an ambassador for both Positive Earth Coffeehouse and the Banff community

Strong problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
ProServe certification required (or willingness to obtain)
