As a Bank Security Guard, there is a strong focus on both customer service and security. You will be working closely with clients and staff throughout your shift, monitoring the premises, responding to incidents, providing assistance when needed, and helping maintain a secure and welcoming banking environment.

Responsibilities for Bank Security Guard
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service




Assist visitors and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
Use strong communication and de-escalation skills when interacting with vulnerable or distressed individuals
Conduct regular patrols and identify potential safety or security concerns
Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when required
Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports

Qualifications for Bank Security Guard
Authorized to work in Canada with
Hold a valid BC Security License
OFA 1 First Aid Certification ( an asset)
Strong report writing and technology skills
Positive eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
Physically able to stand for extended periods
Alert, detail-oriented, with strong situational awareness
Exceptional customer service skills
