Prokey Living is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician for a 6-9 month contract in Chilliwack, BC. This role focuses on hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring a top-notch tenant experience.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the Site Manager and other team members to deliver exceptional property management services. Your technical expertise in trades such as plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems will be critical for diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues effectively. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on building issues
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks




• Conduct regular inspections of residential properties
• Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, and general repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma; trade training or certification is an asset
• Solid work ethic with attention to safety
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort in various weather and site conditions
