In this full time seasonal role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality sandwiches and lunches while ensuring food safety and hygiene. Your duties will include reviewing guest preferences, prepping for the next day, and maintaining a clean working area. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review menu and guest nutritional needs
• Prepare sandwiches and private lunches based on preferences
• Clean and sterilize work area and utensils




• Communicate effectively with the Chef de Cuisine
• Ensure proper food storage and minimize waste

Requirements:
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required
• Prior food preparation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to work overnight and weekend shifts
• Energetic personality with good grooming standards
