At YWCA Regina, this full time role emphasizes a client-centered approach to offer front-line support. You'll engage with community members experiencing crises and connect them to vital services and resources. The position involves working from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM on a rotating schedule, ensuring regular weekend and holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build rapport with clients and community members
• Connect individuals to relevant services and supports
• Conduct case planning and reporting documentation
• Facilitate access to cultural supports and ceremonies
Requirements:
• No formal education needed
• 0-6 months of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of community services
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
