What You’ll Do
Greet guests (many of whom already know your name)
Manage your section with urgency and professionalism
Handle gluten-free and dietary requests with precision
Communicate clearly with QA and kitchen staff
Run food, deliver drinks, and pre-bus like a pro
Drop bills, take payments, and keep the floor flowing
