Duties
Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive customer service throughout breakfast hours
Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, and food items to ensure smooth service flow
Operate POS systems like Micros POS for processing guest orders and transactions accurately
Follow food safety protocols during food handling, preparation,



and storage to ensure compliance with health regulations
Assist with light kitchen duties such as food preparation and cooking under supervision when needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests
Experience with serving, food preparation, or cashiering enhances your suitability for this role
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is advantageous
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
Previous hotel or hospitality experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
