Shape the future of Almond Enterprises Limited (AEL) by joining as a Board Member. This voluntary role requires no financial compensation, but travel expenses are covered, and you can make a significant community impact. AEL is looking for passionate individuals to steer its strategic direction, driving growth for over fifteen years.

This social enterprise is committed to enhancing local communities in West Lothian through cleaning and environmental services. The selected Board Members will help realize AEL's potential and expand its service offerings under the guidance of Almond Housing Association. Key Responsibilities:
Guide strategic development aligned with community needs
Support the implementation of the three-year Business Plan




Contribute expertise in property management, finance, and legal
Prioritize training and employability prospects for locals
Collaborate with the Almond HA Board for impactful work Requirements:
Robust commitment to community service
Experience in property services, finance, or legal
Interest in third sector contributions
Willingness to meet twice a year remotely and in person
Enthusiasm for enhancing AEL's services and impact Make a difference in your community with your skills through leadership at Almond Enterprises.
