We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
Manage food handling procedures ensuring safety and sanitation compliance
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas
Support front-of-house staff with serving and upselling menu items when needed
Ensure timely preparation of orders to meet service standards
Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines diligently
Contribute to inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards
Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
Commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards and food safety practices
