This role involves working on large earthworks and mining projects in remote northern locations, offering a unique opportunity for those with experience in grader operation and a passion for working in challenging environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in rotational schedules and remote camp life, demonstrating strong safety awareness and teamwork.

What You’ll Need Previous experience operating graders in road building, mining, and/or industrial settings
Experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
Strong safety awareness and ability to incorporate HS&E; concepts into work
Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
Experience with radio communications and protocols
Ability to complete pre-trip safety inspections and daily hazard assessments
