About You:

Strong knowledge and understanding of IPAC standards

Previous dental or healthcare experience is an asset, but not required

We are looking for a motivated, coachable individual who is eager to learn and grow

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and infection prevention

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player

Passionate about supporting exceptional patient care

What you’ll do in this role:

Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and package dental instruments following infection prevention and control (IPAC) standards

Operate and monitor sterilization equipment while maintaining accurate sterilization records

Prepare and turn over operatories between patients

Restock treatment rooms and clinical supplies throughout the day

Maintain a clean, organized, and productive sterilization area

Support the clinical team with back-office duties as needed

Ensure a safe working environment by following all health and safety protocols
