Join Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps as a Bilingual Intake and Support Worker. Ensure campers have successful experiences through application processing and community engagement, both on-site and remotely.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Registration and Travel, focusing on the intake and support of youth campers in Ontario. You will provide assistance to French-speaking families and manage camper registrations for various programs. Your role is crucial in fostering community relationships, ensuring timely application processes, and supporting families from underserved backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for campers and families
• Provide customer service to French-speaking stakeholders




• Ensure accurate completion of camper applications
• Support mental health and behavior follow-ups
• Communicate travel plans and assist with arrangements

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in social work or youth support
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience with youth aged 12-16
• Understanding of challenges faced by low-income youth
• Robust organizational and communication skills
