This permanent full-time role offers an prospect to work closely with a clinical team, focusing on individualized diet plans and nutritional assessments. As a Registered Dietitian, your key responsibilities include implementing care plans, reviewing menus, and educating residents and staff on nutrition. Your expertise in geriatric nutrition will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritious meals served reflect the diverse needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with food service management on nutrition needs
• Conduct nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0




• Develop individualized diet plans for residents
• Maintain communication with the Food Service Manager
• Review and approve seasonal menus for adequacy

Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian eligible for College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 3-5 years in long-term care setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PointClickCare
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Completed TB skin test and vulnerable sector check
