In this permanent unscheduled part time role, you will play a vital part in delivering quality nursing care following established policies and residents' care plans. You will create a welcoming environment through effective communication and teamwork, ensuring residents receive excellent personal care. You will also supervise the Personal Support Workers and engage with families about resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per physician’s orders and policy guidelines
• Ensure quality nursing and personal care through practice principles

• Oversee resident care communication with families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit

Requirements:
• Active Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation is beneficial
• Good judgment and risk identification skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to pass Vulnerable Sector Check
