OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Revenue Systems Analyst to help scale and optimize our unique sales and customer success operations through best-in-class systems, data, and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing revenue system solutions (Salesforce, RCA, and more), while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and Product teams.You will play a critical role in translating business needs into scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, enabling end users through documentation and training, and ensuring data integrity to support growth and decision-making. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys building, optimizing, and continuously improving GTM systems.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the implementation, configuration, testing, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrations with other business systems and tools.Gather and analyze business and technical needs from the pre-sales and success teams and stakeholders. Identify workflow improvements and enhancements to improve user experience and system efficiency.Perform quality assurance testing and maintain high levels of data quality in the system by conducting regular data cleanup and troubleshooting any discrepancies. Generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.Documenting system configuration and administrative processes, developing process flows, SOPs and other documentation.User Training and Support: Develop user documentations, training materials, and conduct user training sessions on tools, processes, and best practices to maximize productivity.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal developers, external consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Partner with sales, customer success, marketing operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goalsKeeping up to date with Salesforce and other system releases and best practices to inform and recommend system improvements.Assist or participate in projects aimed at improving revenue operations,



including process improvements and technology implementations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; 4+ years of experience in revenue systems, automation, and cross-functional business analysis or related roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.2+ years of Salesforce administration experienceStrong and hands-on administrator skills with Salesforce (including Sales and Revenue Cloud); Basic knowledge of SOQLand SOSL.Strong understanding of system integrations, data structures, and business process design.Skilled in documentation, technical specifications, and creating user facing training materials and guides; Obsessed with detail and organized documentation.Excellent stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.Natural curiosity, robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.Highly organized self-starter with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and influence across teams.Familiarity with software development lifecycle and JIRAPosition DetailsPosition Title: Senior Revenue Systems AnalystSalary: 100,000.00 – 120,000.00Bonus Eligible, 4 Weeks Vacation and more!Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentHybrid: 3 Days in Office – Toronto/ MississaugaIn accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided.
