Our client is a precision aerospace manufacturer producing complex, build-to-print components for global OEMs. With advanced machining technologies and an AS9100-regulated workplace, we are expanding our programming group and hiring a Senior CNC Programmerto lead process development, machining optimization, and New Product Introduction support.This role is highly visible and critical to ensuring capability, schedule, and quality outcomes on new aerospace programs.Your ResponsibilitiesProgram and optimize 3-, 4- & 5-axisCNC machining operationsLead machining readiness activities for new aerospace programs (NPI)Review 3D models and blueprintsto determine machining strategiesImprove cycle time, tool life, sequencing, probing routinesDesign and validate fixturesfor precision workholdingSupport FAI / AS9102machining validation and capability targetsTroubleshoot machining issues and guide corrective actionsIdentify risk early and implement preventive measuresProvide mentorship and technical directionto programmers and machinistsEnsure compliance with AS9100and customer specificationsCommunicate updates and risk to leadership teamsOur OfferPermanent,
