This is a full time permanent role.This client will consider non licensed lawyers with Ontario real estate, leasing or corporate experience.ResponsibilitiesIn this in-house role you will be involved in a wide variety of duties and areas of law including real estate, development, leasing, employment and corporate.You will have the opportunity to be involved in the day to day legal affairs of the company.Draft, Review, Negotiate Agreements of Purchase and SaleCo-ordinate Due DiligenceMaintain and oversee obligations of agreementReview commitment letters and financing agreements and prepare all necessary documentationIncorporation of companies, limited partnerships,
