Litigation Associate

Toronto (Fully Remote)

Our client:

Is a growing boutique litigation firm offering sophisticated litigation work within a versatile, fully remote environment.

Responsibilities
Manage litigation files from inception through resolution with a high degree of autonomy.
Handle court appearances, discoveries, motions, and other litigation-related advocacy work.
Working on a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, debt collection litigation, and negligence defence matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other litigation materials.

Qualifications
Called to the Ontario Bar, with approximately 3 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.
Strong litigation background, ideally in civil or commercial litigation.
Comfortable appearing before the courts and managing advocacy-related responsibilities.




Demonstrated ability to independently manage files and client relationships.
Practical, solutions-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in joining a growing boutique practice.
Excellent judgment, professionalism, and client service skills.
