Responsibilities
Remove damaged or broken auto glass using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
Install new auto glass securely, ensuring proper fitment and sealing for safety and durability
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify additional repair needs or potential issues
Use mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills to troubleshoot installation challenges
Lift heavy glass components safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and equipment is in positive condition




Complete detailed documentation of each job, including parts used, procedures performed, and quality checks

Experience
Proven experience working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting in an automotive or mechanical setting
Solid mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs
Prior experience as an auto mechanic or in automotive repair is highly desirable
Familiarity with auto glass installation procedures and safety standards preferred
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
